We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "About State Systems, Inc." but that's about company. The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: - About State Systems, Inc. (company description) – could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is not present; we have "About State Systems, Inc." which is about company. Could we use "About the role"? The instruction says we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections when posting has real content. We have content for responsibilities (What You'll Do), requirements/qualifications (What We're Looking For), benefits (Compensation & Benefits), schedule (Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, Day Shift). Also maybe "Skills" could be derived but not separate. We can combine qualifications and skills into Requirements? The instruction says we can use Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can have sections: Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications and skills), Benefits, Schedule. Also maybe "About the role" could be used for the initial description about the role (the paragraph after "About State Systems, Inc."?). Actually there is a paragraph: "We’re looking for a motivated Sales/Service Technician who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and connecting with customers. If you’re mechanically inclined, take pride in your craftsmanship, and value helping others stay safe, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the fire protection industry." That's more about the role. Could be "About the role". But we also have "About State Systems, Inc." which is company description. Could we include that as a separate section? Not in the list but we could still use

for any heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies those are examples, but we could also use other headings? Probably we should stick to those examples. However we need to preserve all substantive information. The company description is substantive; we could put it under a heading like "About the Company" but that's not in the list. Might be okay to still use

for any heading; they didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. Safer to include a section "About the Company" as

    About the Company

    . But they said "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests those are typical headings; we can use others if needed. I'd include About the Company. But we must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state Compensation & Benefits and Schedule. So we can include Benefits and Schedule sections. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, application instructions, texting privacy policy, pre-employment screening, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information: company description, role description, responsibilities, requirements (including education, driver's license, mechanical aptitude, multitask, communication, software proficiency, customer-focused, physical condition, willingness to work outdoors, lift/carry/push, climb ladder, handling chemicals, MSDS), compensation & benefits (first-year earnings range, commission/bonus, 401(k) match, health/dental/vision, life insurance, voluntary benefits, PTO, holiday pay, company vehicle/allowance, company phone/allowance, logo attire, employee assistance, wellness programs, FSA/HSA, professional development, referral/retirement programs, pet insurance, additional voluntary benefits), schedule (Full-time | Monday–Friday, Day Shift), work environment (On-site and in the field (Memphis area)). Also location: Memphis, TN (On-Site / Field Based). Division: Fire Protection. Company: State Systems, Inc. Might include location as a short paragraph. We should not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Sales/Service Technician. We'll not put that as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

    Schedule

    Work Environment

We also have location: Memphis, TN (On-Site / Field Based). Could incorporate into Work Environment or a short paragraph. Maybe add a short

Location: Memphis, TN (On‑Site / Field Based).

before About the Company. But we must not repeat job title as heading. That's fine. We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed those. Check for duplicated lines: The responsibilities list includes "Sell and service fire protection products and maintenance agreements within your assigned territory." and later "Present proposals to potential customers, highlighting the value and advantages of our services." etc. No duplication. Check for any leftover like "Texting Privacy Policy And Information Message type: Informational; you will receive text messages regarding your application and potentially regarding interview scheduling. Message frequency will vary depending on the application process. Msg & data rates may apply. OPT out at any time by texting “Stop.” Pre-Employment Screening All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy. SSI Fire & Safety is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion." We removed. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: Division: Fire Protection. Could add as a short paragraph: "Division: Fire Protection". Or incorporate into About the Company? Might be minor metadata; we could fold into a short

after location. The instruction says do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Division is minor metadata; we can include in a short paragraph. Also "Company: State Systems, Inc." is redundant with About the Company; we can drop. Thus final HTML fragment:

Location: Memphis, TN (On‑Site / Field Based)

    Division: Fire Protection
