About the role

Crystal Clean, a nationwide leader in environmental and waste services, is seeking motivated Sales & Service Representatives to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to own your route, deliver essential services, and drive sales while earning competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own Your Route: Manage and grow your territory by building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver Essential Services: Maintain parts-washing equipment and handle scheduled waste drum pickups.
• Drive Sales: Spot opportunities, recommend services, and boost your earnings through performance.
• Work Independently: Plan efficient routes, stay safe, and represent Crystal Clean with professionalism.

Requirements

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Comfortable operating equipment and electronic devices
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT preferred
• Able to lift 80 lbs and maneuver drums over 400 lbs (with proper tools)

Pay

$1,100/week during the six-month training period, transitioning to $70,000-$85,000+ average annual earnings after 1 year (base pay + commission).

Schedule

Local route with the option to be home every night.
