Experienced RV Technician
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of RV systems in a professional shop with a supportive team.
- RV, automotive, marine, or heavy equipment repair experience
- Enjoys hands-on mechanical work and problem solving
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Wants continued training and long-term career growth
Compensation: $25–$52/hour
RV Technician Apprentice
Hands-on training alongside experienced technicians to learn one of the fastest-growing trades in the RV industry.
- Loves working with their hands
- Strong mechanical aptitude

Compensation: $25/hour
Parts Advisor
Work directly with customers and the service team to identify, source, and deliver the right parts at the right time.
- Previous parts, automotive, RV, or retail experience (preferred)
- Enjoys helping customers and providing exceptional service
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Thrives in a team environment

Compensation: $40,000–$50,000
Sales Delivery Guide
Walk customers through every feature of their new RV, answer questions, demonstrate functionality, and ensure they leave excited and confident.

Compensation: $45,000
Sales Associate
Guide customers through major purchases with uncapped earning potential, paid training, and career growth.
