About the role

Blue Compass RV is seeking energetic, outgoing, and driven F&I Managers and Sales Associates for one of the fastest-growing RV companies in the country.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the perfect RV for their lifestyle while delivering an exceptional buying experience from the first conversation through delivery.
• Work with customers in person, over the phone, online, and through social media while building lasting relationships and growing your own book of business.
• As an F&I Manager, work closely with our sales team to guide customers through financing options, extended service contracts, protection products, and final paperwork while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive, RV, Marine, Powersports, Banking, or Finance (F&I experience preferred).
• Excelling at building relationships and earning customer trust.
• Confident presenting financing and protection options.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Driven by performance and enjoys exceeding goals.
