About the role

You will own and shape the commercial strategy for complex, multi-million dollar industrial gas projects from early customer engagement through final proposal submission. Partner directly with customers to anticipate future demand, influence project scope, and position differentiated solutions before competitors enter. Lead cross-functional pursuit teams: engineering, project execution, construction, procurement and leadership to develop winning strategies and deliver best-in-class proposals. Translate technical solutions into compelling commercial value propositions that resonate with executive decision-makers. Operate at the center of high-impact opportunities, with visibility to senior leadership and direct influence on order intake and market growth. Continuously challenge the status quo to improve proposal competitiveness, speed, and quality across the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent technical background
  • Experience with EPC project environments, including exposure to execution, construction, or commissioning of large-scale industrial facilities (e.g., ASU, hydrogen, or similar process plants)
  • Familiarity with cryogenic air separation, hydrogen, CO₂ capture, or other complex process technologies
  • Proven ability to lead and influence without authority across international, cross-functional teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to challenge assumptions and shape winning strategies, not just execute them
  • Confident communicator who can engage both technical experts and executive decision-makers
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and structure complex problems into actionable plans

Pay

Salary range: 120,000USD – 150,000USD
