Sales and Production Coordinator Part Time

Responsibilities

• Receive calls from prospective clients, collecting information (contact info, job site location, communication preferences, etc.).
• Assign sales leads to Arbor Advisors based on established sales territories and availability.
• Schedule production crews efficiently based on required equipment, route efficiency, customer urgency, etc.
• Process daily invoices, manage autopay enrollments, and ensure timely invoice delivery to customers.
• Manage and accurately track all clients, contracts, invoicing, expenses, and data management associated with projects in the branch.

Qualifications

• Organizational skills – you can manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and adapt quickly when the situation requires (e.g. rescheduling customers due to weather).
• Communication – you have strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions and cross-team collaboration.
• Computer proficiency – you have experience with CRM software (SingleOps preferred) and Microsoft office.
• Problem solving – you can resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns.
• Experience – ideally you have 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or customer service. Arboricultural experience is a plus.

Pay Range $20-$25 per hour
