Sales and Performance Manager

Responsibilities

  • Offer real-time coaching to the sales team during ride-alongs
  • Guide new sales & service technicians through their orientation
  • Craft dynamic monthly sales plans
  • Prioritize lead management
  • Fuel a high-performing sales culture through weekly sales meetings
  • Collaborate with the operations manager to align sales and production
  • Drive leads and profitable sales
  • Build a dynamic team that consistently delivers exceptional results

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent on-the-job experience)
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Basic understanding of gross margin as it relates to the HVAC field
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Prior management experience is a plus
  • HVAC industry-specific experience is a plus but not required

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Availability to the team whenever needed
