Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure crews are properly scheduled, resourced, and execute work to KG's high standards.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities including interviewing, training, and offboarding.
  • Pursue and close new business opportunities within the greater Jacksonville metro.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
  • Develop proposals outlining recommended safety solutions, including cost estimates and timelines.
  • Meet sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to assess the client’s needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales - a big plus if in the fire and life safety industry or restaurant industry.
  • Effective time management skills to balance multiple client accounts and tasks.
  • Attention to detail in conducting inspections (get dirty), preparing reports, and recommending solutions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks and build partnerships within the industry.
  • Strong commitment to find a way to win, overcome obstacles, and grow the business.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial facility services or related fields preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in fire and life safety or B2B sales.
  • CRM use and management.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work comfortably at heights and on rooftops.
  • Physically fit, capable of lifting 40+ pounds and using A-frame ladders.

Based from our office, with travel to client sites.
