Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure crews are properly scheduled, resourced, and execute work to KG's high standards.
- Support employee lifecycle activities including interviewing, training, and offboarding.
- Pursue and close new business opportunities within the greater Jacksonville metro.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop proposals outlining recommended safety solutions, including cost estimates and timelines.
- Meet sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess the client’s needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales - a big plus if in the fire and life safety industry or restaurant industry.
- Effective time management skills to balance multiple client accounts and tasks.
- Attention to detail in conducting inspections (get dirty), preparing reports, and recommending solutions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks and build partnerships within the industry.
- Strong commitment to find a way to win, overcome obstacles, and grow the business.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial facility services or related fields preferred.
- Relevant certifications in fire and life safety or B2B sales.
- CRM use and management.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work comfortably at heights and on rooftops.
- Physically fit, capable of lifting 40+ pounds and using A-frame ladders.
