Sales and Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Support senior reps in managing a high-volume book of accounts
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and account health scores within our CRM
• Identify client pain points and align them with our strategic marketing initiatives
• Participate in daily sales scrums, role-play scenarios, and strategy sessions
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs for outreach volume, discovery meetings, and pipeline generation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (business, communications, or related fields preferred)
• Previous experience in competitive sports at a collegiate, semi-pro, or highly competitive club level
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter mentality and a growth mindset
