Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the JV President, ensuring efficient operations.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings, agent briefings, and leadership discussions.
- Prepare internal reporting and capture reporting as required.
- Manage and order office supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
- Complete and submit expense reports for the JV President in a timely manner.
- Aid with marketing efforts by:
- Contributing content for marketing flyers.
- Ordering marketing supplies and promotional items.
- Planning and attending company events.
- Procuring closing bags and open house bags as needed.
- Maintaining yearly compliance requirements by completing assigned training and documentation.
- Assist with the onboarding of new associates by:
- Coordinating headshots with a photographer.
- Scheduling and setting up offices and equipment for new team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a sales environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in marketing support is a plus.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
