About the role
The Sales and Leasing Consultant plays a crucial role in creating new possibilities for quality living for seniors at Court Street Village in Flint, Michigan. As part of Presbyterian Villages of Michigan, an esteemed faith-based nonprofit organization, this position involves leading the sales and leasing strategy function, conducting village tours, and responding to inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and provide sales information regarding the Village in a timely manner.
- Schedule and conduct Village tours to educate potential residents and families about the Village and its services.
- Affiliate with all sales and marketing efforts to increase referrals and reputation, including on-site and off-site events, outreach, networking, and relationship-building meetings.
- Develop relationships with prospective residents to facilitate the sales process by identifying needs, staying in touch, and providing follow-up.
- Sell the Village housing accommodations and additional services offered by the Village using appropriate promotional materials and communication.
- Enter all leads into the CRM database, including website leads, and conduct appropriate follow-up in a timely manner.
- Assist with information gathering and establish resident and prospect records, including filing, revising, and updating records, gathering required data and documentation, and data input.
- Promote housing accommodations and additional services offered by the Village to increase sales.
- Attend and participate in all appropriate meetings and training opportunities to stay informed on current information and skill development.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- One year of marketing, public relations, sales, or admission experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as assigned
Qualifications
- Proficient with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Publisher, and MS PowerPoint
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
