Sales and Leasing Consultant

About the role

The Sales and Leasing Consultant plays a crucial role in creating new possibilities for quality living for seniors at Redford Villa & Cottages, part of Presbyterian Villages of Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and provide sales information regarding the Village in a timely manner.
• Schedule and conduct Village tours to educate potential residents and their families about the Village and its services.
• Aid in all sales and marketing efforts to increase referrals and enhance the Village's reputation, including participation in on-site and off-site events.
• Develop relationships with prospective residents to facilitate the sales process by identifying their needs and keeping in contact.
• Sell the Village housing accommodations and additional services to prospective residents using appropriate promotional materials and communication.
• Enter all leads into the CRM database and conduct appropriate follow-up in a timely manner.
• Assist with information gathering and establish resident and prospect records, including filing, revising, and updating records, gathering required data and documentation, and data input.
• Promote the Village's housing accommodations and additional services to increase sales.
• Attend and participate in all appropriate meetings and training opportunities to stay informed on current information and skill development.
• Follow established policies and procedures, including Presbyterian Villages policies and procedures, safety policies and procedures, federal, state, and local regulations, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• One year of marketing, public relations, sales, or admission experience preferred
• Ability to operate a computer and proficiency with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Publisher, and MS PowerPoint
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
