Sales and Guest Services Associate

Position Overview

The Sales and Guest Services Associate at iCRYO is responsible for helping guests achieve their lifestyle goals with exceptional guest service, marketing through social media, and attending community events. They will also be responsible for continuing their education of our products and services as well as working as a team with other employees and maintaining safety protocols within the center.

Qualifications

• Preferred – health and wellness passion/experience
• Ability to work a minimum of 30-40 a week with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to comprehend and pass a number of iCRYO-designed service exams following initial training
• Maintain good time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multitask
• Display exceptional guest experience skills, and handle and resolve guest issues to maintain guest loyalty
• Understand the needs of the guest, and the ability to educate guests on services needed in a competent, efficient, and professional manner
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Maintain an environment of trust, and communicate efficiently with managers and peers
• Must be able to complete ongoing and continued education
• Maintain a clean environment and uphold company standards
• 2-3 years of Sales Experience in retail
• Must be able to commute to the Bluffton/Okatie, SC area
