Requirements
- CDK DMS Experience Preferred
- Experience with Easterns Automotive Group
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory, lender programs, and financial products
- Sales Acumen & Customer-Centric Mindset: Interpersonal prowess and product knowledge to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ethical Practices & Regulatory Compliance: Transparency and adherence to regulatory standards
- Analytical & Financial Prudence: Analysis of sales trends, forecasting, and efficient financial management
- Negotiation & Risk Management: Crafting win-win solutions and evaluating financial risks
- Leadership & Team Collaboration: Clear direction, setting ambitious targets, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration

Qualifications
