Requirements

  • CDK DMS Experience Preferred
  • Experience with Easterns Automotive Group
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory, lender programs, and financial products
  • Sales Acumen & Customer-Centric Mindset: Interpersonal prowess and product knowledge to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ethical Practices & Regulatory Compliance: Transparency and adherence to regulatory standards
  • Analytical & Financial Prudence: Analysis of sales trends, forecasting, and efficient financial management
  • Negotiation & Risk Management: Crafting win-win solutions and evaluating financial risks
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration: Clear direction, setting ambitious targets, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration
  • Organizational Skills: Juggling multiple tasks from paperwork to sales tracking

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish (a significant plus)
