Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role
• 2+ years of direct consumer sales and/or account management experience
• Passionate about interior design and home décor
• Keen on staying updated on home decor trends
• Great at building trust and communicating with customers
• Solutions-oriented with sound judgment, business sense, and high integrity
• Willing to provide creative solutions and handle various tasks
• Proficient in using multiple online software tools and design tools
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excited to establish and improve internal processes and feedback loops

What You’ll Do

• Set the bar for customer experience and sales
• Drive sales through customer follow-up and outreach
• Deliver exceptional design and product expertise to customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand showroom
• Provide a high-quality and personalized experience through multiple channels
• Advise customers on floor plan layout, material selection, and custom rug measurements
• Offer a fantastic experience to customers by responding to inquiries and resolving order-related matters
• Create memorable experiences and exceed customer expectations
• Learn and utilize innovative technologies for visualizing spaces
• Maintain feedback loops to improve internal processes
