- Direct industry experience or proven passion for home décor
- Able to manage a portfolio of projects and clients of varying complexity
- Loves being part of a growing team and contributing to team success
- Has a heart and sense of humor

Pay
The position is a commission-based role with a monthly draw. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on sales and design skills.
