SALES AND CATERING COORDINATOR - M&T BANK STADIUM

Job Summary

Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of the Catering Sales Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and catering agreements in appropriate system and submit for client signature within venue deadlines.
• Work closely with the culinary and operations team to develop menus.
• Promptly respond to all client inquiries, phone calls, and emails, including initial correspondence, proposal development for qualified leads, and follow-up as necessary to secure business.
• Proactively engage in networking and other lead generation activities.
• Aid in the preparation of end-of-month financial reports.
• Attend in-services and/or meetings as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; demonstrate ability to perform job safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
