Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join our Sales Ambassador team. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for curating exceptional lifestyle experiences for our clients, leveraging your expertise to nurture lasting personal connections and exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and showcase detailed product knowledge
- Offer personalized and thoughtful styling recommendations
- Strategize personal business growth to boost individual productivity
- Drive sales achievement by supporting the team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
- Collaborate with the team to uphold standards of excellence across all touchpoints of the brand’s policies and procedures
- Develop genuine connections with customers while advising them on product recommendations that align with their preferences
- Utilize key tools and resources to effectively drive performance
- Adapt and showcase product differently based on customer needs, whether remote or in-person
- Participate in CRM tools like Polo connect to capture meaningful customer data
- Support store and company initiatives and community outreach
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience, ensuring the customer experience is always a priority
- Provide necessary feedback to Management on category opportunities or needs
- Maintain store visual standards and use visual techniques and company guidelines to maintain
- Support a professional and positive work environment, champion company core values, and uphold company policies
- Engage in networking and sourcing talent to support the store and team in finding top talent
Requirements
- Preferred sales experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office; work around/with chemicals
- Ability to lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately
- Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, requiring day, evening, and weekend availability
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers
- Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred
