Responsibilities

• Active Arizona real estate license required (new or experienced agents)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to learn new CRM systems and AI integrated tech
• Comfortable with lead generation including phone calls and in-person conversations
• Coachable and willing to implement feedback and systems
• High level of personal accountability and time management - this is a Full Time position
• Desire to grow within a structured, performance-driven environment

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional - new or experienced are welcome
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning-based, growth-minded
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills

Pay

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission-based position.
