What You’ll Do

• Learn State Farm’s insurance and financial products through hands-on training.
• Obtain your Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses with full support.
• Proactively generate and develop sales leads to grow your client base.
• Use a consultative, client-first approach to educate and empower clients.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Manage customer service inquiries with professionalism and care.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required; we value motivation and coachability.
