What You'll Do
- Carry a sales quota. Meet and beat a baseline of 2 to 3 home sales per month, with commission tiers that reward you for every sale above it.
- Maintain your inventory through marketing efforts including Facebook Marketplace, social channels, listings, signage, and local outreach.
- Guide prospects through the buying process, ensuring they reach a closing agreement with an excellent buying experience.
- Generate and work leads through follow-up, prospecting, open houses, and referrals from satisfied residents.
- Manage your sales pipeline, handle sales agreements, payment calculations, sales tax, and credit checks accurately, and document all interactions in the CRM system.
- Sell in full compliance with Fair Housing standards and company policies, treating every prospect and every transaction with respect.
What We're Looking For
- A documented sales track record. You have carried an individual quota in a fast-paced, commission-driven role and hit it. Experience in auto, telecom, cable, alarm, insurance, or similar high-velocity environments is a strong fit.
- A competitive streak you can point to. Top 5%, number-one month, region leader, president's club. If you have ranked against peers and won, tell us where.
- Comfort with high-volume, face-to-face selling. Strong retail, hospitality, or service backgrounds translate well here.
- Self-direction and follow-through. You manage your own pipeline, your own marketing, and your own day without being chased.
- Sharp with figures. Comfortable with payment math, contracts, and the details that close a deal cleanly.
- Coachable and team-minded. You take feedback, share what works, and show up for your community.
- Manufactured housing, property management, or leasing experience is a plus, not a requirement. We hire for sales ability and teach the rest.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
