Sales Agent
About the role
As a Sales Agent on our Sales & Loyalty Center team, you’ll be the friendly voice that welcomes clients into the College HUNKS family. You’ll handle inbound calls from people who are already reaching out because they need our moving or junk-removal services. Your focus is on listening, building rapport, and converting inquiries into booked jobs—no cold calling.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact, delivering WOW-worthy energy that makes every caller remember us.
- Share the College HUNKS story—our services, values, and differentiators—in a way that excites clients and drives bookings.
- Turn inbound inquiries into confirmed jobs by uncovering needs, creating urgency, and closing with confidence.
- Represent the brand with pride in every interaction, upholding our core values.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, everyday internet tools, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity, a strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset.
- Must reside in the United States.
Skills
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Proficient with Windows, browsers, Microsoft 365, and Zoom; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Natural Communicator: Builds rapport easily, explains clearly, and stays calm in challenging conversations.
- Sales Mindset: Skilled at multitasking during live calls, uncovering client needs, creating urgency, and closing without pressure.
