Responsibilities
- Represent Roland with passion and professionalism at every interaction
- Showcase cutting-edge gear through hands-on demos that inspire customers
- Drive sales by connecting customers with the perfect Roland products
- Build brand loyalty by creating unforgettable in-store experiences
- Train store associates to become Roland advocates
- Partner with store management to hit goals and overcome challenges
- Share insights on product launches, promotions, and merchandising
- Keep displays looking sharp and aligned with Roland’s premium standards
Requirements
- 2–3 years in sales, retail, or musical instruments
- Bilingual: English and Spanish speaking (required)
- Music background: Musician, producer, DJ, or sound engineer with gear knowledge
- Strong communication and ability to motivate others
- Access to high-speed internet and smart device for reporting
- Passion for music and creating memorable customer experiences
