Sales Advisor Lead

About the role

This is a leadership role at GO Car Wash, where you'll serve as the manager on duty when higher-level managers are not available. Your responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales, and ensuring all GO Car Wash policies and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the car wash according to GO's standard operating procedures.
• Leading by example by greeting customers warmly and utilizing sales scripts to drive membership sales.
• Guiding vehicles safely into the car wash and educating customers on our wash process.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the site to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Addressing customer issues, escalating to leadership if needed, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Aiding in team coaching, ensuring all teammates adhere to safety standards and sales scripts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in outdoor conditions for long periods.

• Ability to handle day-to-day site operations and resolve customer issues independently.

Pay

Our Sales Advisor Leads generally earn $xx.xx per hour, which includes base pay of $xx.xx/hour with an average of $x.xx/hour in commission for membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and top performers often earn more!

Schedule

The schedule for this role varies based on the location and shift requirements, but typically includes early morning, late night, and weekend shifts.
