About the role
Since launching in September 2021, LUV Car Wash has been on a mission to grow close to 90 locations across six states (CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ). Responsibilities
- Promote and sell LUV membership passes using knowledge-based retail sales.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Educate customers on promotions, memberships, and products to create the ideal service experience.
- Show relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Requirements
- Physical Demands: Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing, working outside in varying weather conditions, standing for long periods during shift, having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude, ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
Qualifications
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in membership sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
