Sales Administrator - Irvine or San Diego, CA

Essential Functions

• Planner, implementer, and developer of promotional and marketing initiatives.
• Expanding the company's sales culture by training, motivating, coaching, and providing guidance to assigned area personnel to increase sales productivity.
• Monitoring sales credit and incentive payments.
• Helping with the development of strategic plans to meet regional or division sales objectives.
• Aiding managers in overall sales training to impact sales goals.
• Conducting sales staff meetings and educating staff on new and existing bank products and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in sales, service, and marketing of banking and lending products or related fields.
• A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of bank products and related policies and procedures.
• Experiences in sales, service, management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• PC skills required including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Pay

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $133,000 - $170,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
