Sales Administration Senior Analyst

This position is a temporary assignment. As a contractor, you’ll be employed by Magnit, not The Cigna Group or any subsidiaries of The Cigna Group. LOCATION: Hybrid – Wilmington, DE ROLE OVERVIEW: 37641401 Sales Administration Senior Analyst Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Sales Administration job family. Provides a range of specialist administrative/professional services to a sales organization. This may include developing, planning, and carrying out projects, goals, and budgets which require specific knowledge of sales activities in a given market/geography. Contributes to proposal development activities including: plan design review, gathering statistical reports and directing the preparation of financial documents. Interacts with underwriting in coordinating rate quotes, with brokers to help manage flow of proposal packages and quotes, and with client groups in resolving daily service issues. May prepare operating manuals, references or training materials for customers and the sales force. Completes day-to-day Sales Administration tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members. Required Skills Strong organization skills with the ability to work independently and work on numerous projects at one time; Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines and work under pressure while anticipating the needs of Sales; Minimum of two years experience in an administrative support role, preferably supporting Sales teams; Understanding of group insurance business strongly desired; Self-directed with a high level of personal accountability and responsibility; Strong analytical and research skills with a high attention to detail; Excellent time management skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer is required; Knowledge of databases (salesforce.com) is strongly preferred; Strong communication skills (written & oral), in addition to, excellent typing skills and proofreading skills.
