Sales Account Specialist
About the Role
Hunting, Dearborn Division is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our team in Fryeburg, ME. The Account Specialist will support the Sales Team by providing exceptional customer service throughout all areas of the department, engaging with customers to develop and maintain positive relationships and build lasting partnerships. At Dearborn, we innovate and collaborate with global technology leaders to create precision-machined components for industries spanning aerospace, defense, space exploration, power generation, petroleum, nuclear, transportation, and commercial sectors from our state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Manager and Sales Team as requested.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain positive partnerships with customers.
- Coordinate all inquiry-related activities.
- Coordinate activities related to producing sales results.
- Provide service delivery support.
- Ensure workflows are properly managed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Service or Account Management experience.
- Microsoft Office experience required.
- Experience in a similar industry highly preferred.
- Effective communication and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with self-directed and effective problem-solving skills.
- On-site presence is required.
