Responsibilities
- Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions
- Develop annual brand and media strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals/objectives
- Develop campaign strategies and audience targeting recommendations per brand and product line
- Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance using a data driven approach
- Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights & recommendations that influence short term / long term digital media strategy
- Communicate results to senior leadership, or solve complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)
- Use data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions and solve problems
- Communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize, plan, and manage time
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Manage multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Use analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Microsoft OneNote, and Microsoft SharePoint
- Use data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales or account management experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional experience
- Experience of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)
- Experience using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions and solve problems
- Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
- Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time
- Can show ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including intermediate knowledge of Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience, or experience in leadership or account management positions
- Experience in e-commerce, digital advertising, or media
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of technical problems
- Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
- 5+ years of partnering with cross functional teams experience

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $85,800.00 - $150,100.00 USD annually.
