Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance sector.
  • Generate and qualify leads through email outreach, cold calling, networking, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the value of Agenzee; our licensing and compliance solution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers at insurance agencies, carriers, and MGAs, and other insurance distribution models.

Client Engagement & Account Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their licensing and compliance needs.
  • Follow up with potential and past leads to convert them into customers.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Industry Expertise & Market Awareness

  • Stay informed about insurance licensing regulations and industry trends.
  • Educate potential clients on compliance requirements and the benefits of Agenzee.
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences to network and generate leads.

Sales Strategy & Performance Tracking

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process — from prospecting and qualifying to presenting and closing new business opportunities with B2B brands, agencies, carriers, and MGAs.
  • New Business Development - build and maintain a high-value sales pipeline through a mix of outbound cold outreach, inbound leads, and professional networking.
  • Deeply understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points; effectively communicate and demonstrate measurable ROI and value propositions of our licensing and compliance solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and conversion rates using CRM tools.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales quotas, revenue targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with marketing, and customer success teams to align sales strategies, share client insights, and ensure a seamless handoff and exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead-generation efforts.
