What You'll Do
- Manage and grow an established territory with existing customer relationships.
- Develop new business opportunities while expanding current customer accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with customers through a consultative, solution-based sales approach.
- Conduct in-person customer visits, business reviews, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Identify customer challenges and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, performance, and overall results.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Manage territory activity, pipeline opportunities, and customer communications through CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Prior outside sales, territory sales, account management, or business development experience.
- Proven ability to build relationships, earn trust, and grow customer accounts.
- Strong work history demonstrating reliability, consistency, and professional success.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
- Professional, customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering results.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
