About the role

You’ll be an integral part of this dynamic team as an Account Manager for General Imaging Ultrasound. Your primary responsibilities include driving overall sales and market penetration in the assigned territory, developing and owning strategies for customers, ensuring order processing, architectural service, construction, and shipment schedules to equipment installation are orderly and timely, negotiating solutions and closing deals, and maintaining constant communication with all internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

  • Understands customer requirements and provides consultative solutions meeting their needs.
  • Develops and owns strategies for customers within assigned territory that will achieve business growth targets.
  • Ensures order processing, architectural service, construction, and shipment schedules to equipment installation are orderly and timely by communicating with logistics and project managers.
  • Negotiates solutions and closes deals by reaching agreements with mutual satisfaction to Customers and Philips.
  • Maintains constant communication with all internal and external parties during the progression of the deal.
  • Prepares for several negotiation scenarios. Obtain clean orders at the best possible price.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of direct hospital sales experience.
  • Medical Capital equipment sales experience (highly preferred).
  • Proven sales experience including ability to effectively prospect and pipeline, acquire new business, account manage, and effectively manage your assigned territory/funnel to meet quota/goals.
  • Must have a hunter mindset and thrive in the business development tasks.
  • Bachelor's in areas such as Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Must be a team player and have Executive level communication - including strategic presentations up to c-suite.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish – highly preferred.

Pay

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earnings potential is $200,000 to $250,000 annually. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Schedule

This is an in-the-field role. You must be willing to travel including overnights.
