Sales Account Manager/Events Coordinator
About the role
We're hiring a dynamic Sales Account Manager/Events Coordinator to manage bookings for private parties at Court To Table. The ideal candidate will be a natural planner with a passion for hospitality, creativity, and unforgettable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for event inquiries via email, phone, etc. & ensure a timely response to all
- Coordinate event logistics from start to finish, including scheduling & setup
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of events
- Manage event calendars, budgets, and marketing efforts
- Prioritize communication & follow-up beyond the event to create experiences that keep our guests coming back
Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning or hospitality, 3+ years preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High-energy personality with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
- Familiarity with social media and marketing is a plus
