Responsibilities
- Educate customers on all Transportation and Logistics services offered by R+L Carriers
- Gain targeted market share in key lanes
- Target key accounts in selected industries
- Promote market awareness and visibility
- Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals
- Stay educated and understand market trends and competitors within assigned territory
- Promote corporate image and culture
Requirements
- 2+ years of LTL motor freight sales experience (strongly preferred)
- Must be PC literate
- Knowledge of the local market
- Operations knowledge in an LTL environment (preferred)
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for transportation and logistics industry
