Responsibilities
- Possess strong lead generation and relationship skills.
- Conduct prospecting and lead qualification.
- Conduct sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts in alignment with company pricing and service standards.
- Collaborate with event planners and operations teams to translate client needs into tailored event solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, resolve service issues, track sales activities, and meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
Qualifications
- Strong lead generation and relationship skills.
- Excellent communication, timely response, and customer service skills for client-facing interactions and internal collaboration.
- Consultative selling and contract negotiation skills to design solutions that meet client goals and budget.
- Experience in events, hospitality, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
