Sales Account Executive
About the role
Join AD Solutions, a family-owned Workplace Technology Solutions provider headquartered in Orlando, Florida, serving organizations throughout the state. We help businesses improve productivity through workplace technology and document solutions, including office copiers and multifunction printers, interactive displays and Smart Boards, production print systems, Managed Print Services (MPS), workflow automation, document management software, and VoIP business phone systems.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout Palm Beach County.
- Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Conduct both in-person and virtual customer meetings.
- Identify customer challenges and recommend customized workplace technology and document solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value of AD Solutions' solutions and services.
- Build and manage an active sales pipeline using the company's CRM.
- Partner with Operations, Solutions, and Service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial consultation through implementation.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging workplace technology solutions.
Requirements
- Previous B2B outside sales experience preferred.
- Experience in the copier/document imaging industry, office technology, telecommunications, production print, or other consultative B2B sales environments is highly valued.
- Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and close sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Pay
$70,000+ your first year (base + uncapped commission)
$90,000+ second-year earning potential, with top performers earning $100,000+
Schedule
Local territory travel throughout Palm Beach County. No overnight travel required.
