About the role

At CosmoProf, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, dedicated to licensed professionals in the Beauty Industry. As a Store Manager, you will lead a team‑oriented, dynamic environment, driving results and developing associates while delivering an EPIC customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire the team, and ensure every customer receives a great, unforgettable experience with custom‑fit hair and beauty solutions.
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintaining budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules, procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain store appearance to ensure it always looks its best.
• Adhere to physical requirements including lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally while on a ladder), standing for long periods, recurring bending/crouching/stretching, and working around moving parts, carts, or machines; occasional exposure to fumes, odors, or irritant chemicals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self‑starter with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.
