Rock Solid Construction of the Carolinas is looking for a driven and personable Sales Representative to cover the beautiful Coastal Carolinas territory. Responsibilities

• Possess proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, home improvement, or a related industry.
• Prospect and develop new client relationships across the Coastal Carolinas territory.
• Present and sell construction services and solutions to residential and/or commercial clients.
• Conduct on-site consultations, estimates, and follow-ups with potential customers.
• Manage and grow an existing book of business through relationship-based selling.
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Track leads, pipeline activity, and sales metrics using CRM tools.
• Represent Rock Solid Construction at local networking events and industry functions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, home improvement, or a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently.
• Familiarity with the Coastal Carolinas region is a strong plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans or project scopes is a bonus.
