Sale Representative

About the Role

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a driven and professional Sales Representative to join our growing team in Lexington, KY. This is a field-based role where you will meet directly with homeowners, perform roof inspections, and provide solutions built on trust, expertise, and customer service. Our Sales Representatives are introduced to our Industry Leading Sales System, providing all the tools needed to succeed, including leads.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site roof inspections and assessments
• Meet with homeowners and present tailored solutions
• Guide customers through the sales process with clarity and professionalism
• Build trust through consistent and reliable customer service
• Manage appointments and follow up to ensure strong customer service outcomes
• Maintain a high level of communication and organization

Qualifications

• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs

Work Environment

• Primarily involves working sales appointments in the local market
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record to travel to and from work sites
