Salaried Irrigation Service Technician
About the role
Miller Irrigation & Landscape Lighting is seeking an experienced irrigation technician to join our top-tier Irrigation Service Department. We’re a well-established, highly regarded company with 24 years of experience providing premium irrigation and landscape lighting services to some of the best clients in the region.
Pay
This is a salaried position with a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 depending on experience, plus overtime pay, commission on all estimates sold, and performance-based incentives. Team members regularly earn $8,000–$12,000+ in overtime and up to $20,000/year in bonuses and commissions through spiffs, tech-generated lead bonuses, care plan sales, and more.
Schedule
Technicians work a consistent 8–10 hour daily schedule with year-round employment and optional overtime during peak seasons.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with professional-grade irrigation systems

- Clean driving record

Qualifications
- Experience with two-wire systems (major plus)
- Backflow certifications (major plus)
- Landscape lighting experience (major plus)
