Responsibilities
- Prepare fruits, vegetables, salads, dressings, and other cold food items according to recipes and production standards.
- Set up, stock, replenish, and maintain the salad bar throughout service, ensuring an attractive presentation and proper food temperatures.
- Label, date, rotate, and store food products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad bar, prep areas, workstations, and serving supplies.
- Assist customers with questions regarding menu items and ingredients.
- Prepare grab-and-go items, sandwiches, and other cold menu items as needed.
- Perform cleaning duties and work in accordance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Assist with other kitchen and café duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in food service preferred
- Top notch communication skills
- ServSafe certification a plus

Pay and Schedule
$16-18/hr. Schedule falls between Monday-Thursday 7am-3pm.
