Salad Bar Attendant

About the role

Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep supports the preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes in an efficient manner. You will ensure the quality of all inventory and fresh produce meets the highest standards, manage inventory levels and storage areas, and assist with tracking expiration dates on all products. The role also includes maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas, as well as completing beginning or closing shift duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes efficiently.
• Ensure the quality of all inventory and fresh produce meets high standards.
• Manage inventory levels and storage areas.
• Track expiration dates on all products.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning or closing shift duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work at a quick pace.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
