About the Role

We are currently seeking a Visual Merchandising Intern to provide administrative and operational support to the Visual Merchandising team while gaining exposure to the Visual Merchandising world at our New York, New York office. This is a student (fixed term) trainee position.

Responsibilities

• Handle travel booking for the Visual Merchandising team.
• Manage expenses for the team.
• Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
• Shadow the Project Manager with special projects and provide assistance when required.
• Track and update in-house visual tool inventory.
• Assist with research projects and daily reports for windows, images, shipments, and store updates.

Requirements

• Must be able to receive credit for the internship.
• Must have availability in the office a minimum of 2-3 days per week.
• Self-starting, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with people.
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred.

Pay

The base compensation for this position is $17 per hour.

Schedule

This is a part-time internship starting September 1, 2026.
