Safety Supervisor

Your Role

You’ll work with local facility leaders and team members to provide training, investigation and program management of local safety programs and standard operating procedures that incorporate lean manufacturing standards with zero injuries and zero waste.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assess, Recommends, Develops and Maintains Safety Programs and Protocols
• Affords assistance in the training of new team members to safely perform tasks
• Investigates accidents/injuries to determine root cause and implement preventative measures
• Assists with modified duty assignments and return to work
• May lead projects that support both Lean and Safety initiatives and assist in ISO certifications
