Safety Supervisor

About the role

The role involves managing client relationships, providing technical support, and implementing solutions to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Implement and maintain software solutions to meet client requirements
• Conduct research and gather feedback from clients to improve services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or consulting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Skills

• Technical proficiency in various programming languages and tools
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security protocols
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
