Safety Supervisor

We have a need for a Safety Supervisor to help keep our employees safe.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement critical safety and compliance initiatives.
• Conduct accident and injury investigations.
• Promote defensive driving and vehicle accident prevention.
• Report safety-sensitive issues.
• Ensure adherence to Hours of Service regulations.
• Oversee Injury prevention programs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of safety experience in the transportation/trucking industry.
• Thorough knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA workplace safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Class A or B CDL.
