Safety Supervisor
About the role
The Safety Supervisor reports directly to the Safety Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day safety leadership of a specific project, project team, or campus. This role oversees the project safety team and serves as the primary on-site safety leader, ensuring field execution aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and customer or General Contractor (GC) safety expectations. The Safety Supervisor provides direct leadership, coordination, and accountability for all safety personnel assigned to the project while maintaining a strong, visible presence in the field.
