About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and addressing technical issues promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
  • Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Implement and manage security protocols to protect company data and systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in IT support or management.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and network administration.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualifications

    • Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
    • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
    • Ability to perform basic network diagnostics and troubleshooting.
    • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

    Skills

    • Technical proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
    • Experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
    • Hands-on experience with server virtualization and cloud services.
    • Strong understanding of data center operations and facility management.

    Pay
