Safety Specialist II

We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Safety Specialist II to join our team. This position is vital for supporting environmental, safety, and health compliance initiatives across the region.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting field compliance inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• Perform workplace hazard assessments.
• Assist with the facilitation and management of compliance training programs.
• Travel throughout the region to conduct inspections and investigate incidents.
• Verify and assist with the completion of all required job task training at the crew level.
• Provide records of completed training for data entry into the Learning Management System.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma (required)
• Certifications: Completion of OSHA 30, Completion of OSHA 500 or 501

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of safety experience in construction or general industry (required)
• Willingness to travel
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
