Education And Experience
Experience in construct and/or tree industry.
Bachelor’s degree required.
6+ years’ experience in the Line Clearance Tree Trimming industry.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- ISA Certification preferred
- CTSP Certification preferred; selected candidates without this certification will be required to obtain
- Pesticide License Cat 6.
- Certification in all Company training modules.
Position Requires
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen as required for this job.
Safety
- Organize safety training for employees and report problems to management.
- Visit job sites weekly to conduct safety audits on personnel, equipment, and material.
- Research and implement new materials handling processes and safety training.
- Analyze accident reports and evaluate injuries.
- Prepare and conduct safety training sessions for employees and vendors.
- Review injury and incident inquiries and evaluations.
Work Authorization Requirements
- Must meet I-9 requirements.
